Indigo Bar and Grill

Everything on our menu is cooked from scratch with the best of what's available each season.  We have a passion for starting all our recipes from the most basic ingredients.  We invite you on a journey as we continue to add artesian elements to our cooking. We believe that you'll be able to taste the difference that comes from hand crafted food, created in small batches using old world methods. 

Creating a seasonal, artisan restaurant that uses local ingredients is a long term commitment. We're constantly on the lookout for more local farmers and gardeners to supply us with organic produce and appreciate any contacts you can give us.   It takes time to learn to create ingredients that other restaurants just buy from their suppliers.  There's a lot of love that goes into our cooking when we dry our own herbs, smoke meats,  stuff our sausages, bake bread, infuse our 30 day vinegars, make our chutneys, handcraft our desserts, and even make our own buffalo mozzarella. You can see some of these old world, slow food methods at work on our kitchen counter as we cure some of our Artisan Bistro offerings.
